Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1. Put all used towels in a pile in the laundry room. 2. Gather pool towels, add detergent, and start the washer. 3. Don’t remake the beds; leave them as is. 4. Close all outdoor umbrellas.
5. Take out all trash to avoid extra fees. 6. Load the dishwasher and run a normal cycle. 7. Turn off the heat or set the A/C to 80° before leaving. 8. Leave the garage opener on the kitchen counter.
9. Lock all doors, close all windows, and turn off all lights. 10. Double-check for personal belongings before leaving. 11. Return all furniture to its original placement. Checkout is at 10:00 AM.

Quite a price to pay for no closet in the primary bedroom upstairs. The bath tub only got scorching hot in the primary as well which made it impossible to give kids a bath. The shower in the primary was also bad
