INDOOR LIVING:
The ideal location for a getaway stay indoors, this home offers modern furnishings to make your stay an enjoyable one. The living space consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms all on the main level, each with Smart TVs and ceiling fans. Two bedrooms are outfitted with queen sized beds, while the third is a King bed master suite complete with en suite bathroom and sitting area containing a twin day/trundle bed. There are also a twin and a double air mattress.
KIDS/BABIES: We strive to accommodate families. You can find a Pac N'Play in the master closet and a high chair in the kitchen pantry (assemble legs).
Upstairs, the open-concept layout of a large living room, dining area, kitchen with an island, a game room and half bathroom will make you feel at home. Fully equipped to match all your culinary needs, this modern kitchen contains a full stove, refrigerator, microwave oven and dishwasher – plus there's a coffee and tea bar!
OUTDOOR LIVING:
This unique property offers something for everyone! Step outside to enjoy the expansive patio with lounge seating and dining area for up to 10 guests, perfect for enjoying the incredible views. Then head downstairs to the huge backyard where you can lounge around the salt water pool, take a soak in the hot tub, or get sporty and play a game of pickleball, table tennis or corn hole. The pool is kept at ~78 degrees, we can heat the pool to 85 degrees for an additional $75/day fee.
If you're looking for a more relaxed atmosphere, relax by the fire table or sway peacefully in a hammock as you take in your night sky view. Enjoy your time here with friends & family or use it as a hub to explore all that this desert area provides--festivals are around every corner and it's just a short 30 minute drive to Joshua Tree or downtown Palm Springs! Whatever your style, this property has plenty of outdoor living options to make your stay one like no other.
GENERAL:
If you're looking for the perfect spot for a getaway, look no further! This vacation rental is stocked with all the necessities to make your stay a pleasant one. Complimentary Wi-Fi and linens and towels provided let you focus on relaxing instead of worrying about packing extra items. Central heat/air conditioning, beach towels, hair dryers, first aid kits, trash bags, paper towels, and even pet-friendly accommodations all add to the convenience of this wonderful retreat. Perfect for tackling any laundry tasks are the washer/dryer and ironing equipment on hand too!
Parking is incredibly versatile as well; a huge driveway can fit multiple cars if needed. Even private pilots will be able to make use of this spot--Bermuda Dunes Airport (UDD) has the closest car rental counter or @ Escap'Inn @The Dome is just a short Uber or Lyft drive away!
IMPORTANT:
Water safety is an important topic, especially when it comes to the pool and hot tub located on the premises. There is no lifeguard on duty. Though there is no physical gate or fence surrounding them, please be aware that it is your responsibility to ensure that any children accompanying you follow water safety rules while they are on or around these areas. It is also recommended that they wear flotation devices while playing in these areas for added caution. With these steps taken, everyone can have a wonderful time and confidently stay safe during their visit!
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
We take security seriously, so the driveway boasts a camera and by the door there's a video doorbell. But when it comes to pests, there's only so much we can do: pest control visits regularly, but we still have to contend with multi-legged intruders at times.
Please follow all rules and regulations when it comes to checking in, the pool, and general house rules. The minimum age of the primary renter is 25 years old; the primary renter must be on property during the reservation period. A rental agreement provided by the host must be signed within 48 hours of booking; failing this, the reservation will be cancelled. Also be aware that there is a required $500 security deposit hold for all bookings (see house rules).
**Any cancellations during festival season will abide by the cancellation rules. There will be no exceptions.
We expect that you will be respectful of our house and our neighbors' privacy - please take partying indoors after dark! It's all part of being a good house guest - if this is something you can adhere to, then you'll find this a great match; if not, we're sure somebody else deserves your company more.
