The home has new interior paint all throughout and new carpet in all the bedrooms. This brilliant house ensures a comfortable stay. It is centrally located and walking distance to COD (eastern campus), Polo Grounds (Coachella Fest), Fairgrounds, Indio Open Air Market, and a Wal-Mart (and McDonald’s) shopping center are all walking distance. Rental includes the property in its entirety. Ask about long-term rate available from May 1st - March 31.
