“No running hot water for shower. Almost no heating. ”

“There was a kettle with green , berry & fruit tea but no actual tea or coffee .Not as advertised. The shower head was broken with water pouring out of the side. The shower head drooped over not above as it should . It was a hassle to try to screw it back on.Trying to shower while holding it. The temperature control was difficult to set. It was scalding hot then the hot water ran out after a few minutes. I had to rinse off and wash my hair in the small wash basin that did have hot water. The……

“Friendly and helpful staff, good value for money in the expensive London. Transportation to the city centre is just around the corner. There is no elevator in the building and may be difficult to carry your luggages to the 2/F through the narrow staircase.”

“Clean room and bed sheets, soft towels. There's shower gel, shampoo and conditioner (it's a big plus for me, finally not the 3-in-1 gel I find in many hotels). There's a kettle, coffee, milk, and sugar in the room as well as a hair dryer. The condition of the walls (paint) is not great but apart from that the room was good. The bed is comfy and the neighborhood is very quiet. The pub is on the ground floor while the rooms are on the second meaning there's no noise in the evening. The staff is……

“In fact, it surprised me a lot. The staff was the boy at the bar table. He was busy but helped me to check in as possible as he could. My room was larger than I imagined. Bed was tidy and clean. The fragrance of the cover proved it was substituted. The hotel was close to TKmark, Subway and MacDonald. 5 mins walk to the underground station. The bar on the first floor made few noise but could't disturb my sleeping. Anyway, if you find a bed for one night I would recommend this hotel for you. For……
