You have a desk and a round table- we stay 4 days- a double and a single bed. We dreamed looking at the sea when it was too bad to go out, we could walk to the beach when it was nice. “This place is great. The location is perfect for exploring Connemara. The house is away from busy streets, thus very quiet. Our room was great, clean, well equipped bathroom. Our host, Sue, was super-friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was great, several options, all good. So, a perfect 5 of 5! ”

“We were not booked in via Vrbo ? Apparently it had to be done manually? Clearly the communication between Vrbo and The Ivy was not working, however a room was found for us, had to be changed from a double to a twin as per specifics of our booking. Newly decorated and carpeted room, very lovey, dated shower and NO mattress cover on the my single bed ? Yuk. Room not refreshed on day 2, no replenished milk/tea coffee etc. Despite this we were made welcome and the breakfast was lovely - thank you,……
