Great for families with kids and friends who want to enjoy a spacious place after a beach day. Just a short walk (13 min) or drive (3 min) from Lake Simcoe beaches!

If you are expecting luxury and refined finishes, this place might not be for you!!

Built in the 60’s, our house has been well loved by our family and kids, rough details are part of what makes this house feel like home for us.

***Please note that there is no A/C, only central heating ***
