However, after a long day of driving I REALLY wanted a hot shower but this is a completely dry cabin which is fine, but it doesn’t say in the listing whether or not there is a shower so I guess I should have assumed not. Couldn’t figure out how to bring the ladder down to sleep upstairs (was fastened with a chain that could not be undone) and went to message the owner but the WiFi from the hosts cabin (right across from the rental) did not reach my cabin. 「Great cabin , great area in general for aurora viewing, outfront of the cabin you can see them preatty well just alot of tree cover but if you just drive out of the driveway you get some insane viewpoints just next to the house or along the road arriving to the house. Theres even an area to park and watch them towards the entrance of the neighborhood after getting off the highway this is where i saw one of the best auroras while there.」

「My daughter and I spent four nights in this beautiful, cozy cabin in January. The cabin was comfortable and well appointed. The host was generous and responsive. The cabin was conveniently located just out of town and in the hills, yet a quick drive to everything. We were surrounded by trees but could step onto the driveway to see the aurora. I highly recommend staying here.」

「A fantastic Fairbanks experience! The cabin was perfect with all the supplies needed. It averaged 20 below zero during our stay and a fire everynight made it cozy. Cabin HVAC kept all parts warm. Our host Carl reached out before we arrived and during our stay to make sure we had everything needed and make sure no problems. Our only request was for a plug for the car engine heater.
