“The hotel staff was wonderful, especially the reception desk and the housecleaning staff. They were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts at the Millenium Restaurant were very good, though it was crowded when tour groups were in attendance. They should consider extending their hours to accommodate more people and adding more staff to clear tables quicker; the restaurant employees were working hard, but they were shorthanded. Finally, the hotel is well-maintained, but there was a lack of hot……

“It was my first time staying at a hotel room without a refrigerator. It seems there used to be one, so I believe a refrigerator should be installed. Also, there were almost no amenities provided. Although there was a coffee cup, there were no stirrers, spoons, or forks available, which was disappointing in terms of facilities. In addition, the shower pressure was weak (possibly clogged?). On the positive side, the room was clean, and the location inside a shopping mall was very convenient.……

“unfortunately, the room had no air condition, therefore i cancelled the rest of my stay and went to another hotel. I have to say the lobby is abit old but the rooms were nice. Pity about the air condition otherwise i would have been happy to stay there.”

“The hotel is quite new, and the staff was very friendly. There were some minor issues in my room, such as light switches not working properly but in general I had a very good stay. The breakfast buffet is small but more than enough, with veggies, egg, toast, etc. The hotel is not exactly in the city center, but approx. 20mins walking distance to Sükhbaatar Square, which is easilg manageable. A supermarket is right next to the hotel which is very convenient. ”

“when I take a shower, I heard a phone call at about 14:00 and 24:00. The second time when I pick up the phone. No voice ......... My feelling no good. ”

“It's terrible experience stay in here. First night, the room was facing the square, the view is good, but it was really noise in the morning. you can't sleep in that kind condition. Then they let me move to the other room which facing the other side. But it was some kind party or night club over there. And the music was really load. And it was keep going until 3-4 AM. Really terrible. ”
