"This was a great place to stay and the price was awesome for what we reserved &our purpose. We did not know that there was someone living below us and we had 3 littles and I felt bad for those people. You can’t keep littles from running & sounding like a herd of elephants (we did try but to no avail). We would rent again thoIt really was a nice home & close to Elkins.."

"Oh my goodness, what a gem this place is. It’s is the most thoughtfully appointed rental I have ever stayed in. We loved sitting on the porch and listening to the frogs in the wetland in the evening & the birds in the morning. It is super cozy and great for families. I hope to come again. "

"We had the best vacation at this property! We loved the hot tub and sauna, the fire pits and most of all the view! The kitchen has everything you would need and the property had all the little things that are helpful for a family with young kids (a stool in the bathroom, a wagon to go down to the lake, kids books and twinkle lights, ample towels, etc.) Our kids had a great time! The welcome book is very thorough and Whitney is a great host. We will definitely be back!! "

"The room was not clean. The toilet had significant evidence of previous use and there was old food in the refrigerator. When I spoke to the front desk, I was told there were no other rooms available and there was nothing to be done. I ended up cleaning my own toilet with wipes I had in my truck. "
