「Nie wieder! Alles begann damit, dass wir 3 Stunden später in ein vernünftiges Zimmer kamen als der Check In vorgibt. Das erste das man uns anbot, befand sich direkt über der Poolanlage und war schrecklich laut. Die Zimmer wurden nur mäßig bis gar nicht gereinigt. Abends wurden Handtücher auf dem Flur an die Hotelgäste vergeben wie in einer Jugendherberge. Ein paar gute Seelen des Personals versuchten das ganze immer wieder zu retten.
