「Bad experience at check in but hotel is beautiful. Room views and service is top notch! Only bad experience was at check in. When booked with expedia 2 adults and 2 childs, site said we could have a roll out bed free of charge. At check in the lady said that it is not free, and it is not offered free by any of their partners like expedia. I did not want to argue with the girl because, I was tired after a long day at the amazon, so I paid the additional $. Next morning I checked expedia again...

「Front desk was awesome. Breakfast great, and family room perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids! Kids were very happy having their own bed. Beds were comfy so we recommend it. Thanks to the boy and girl (do not remember their names) at the front desk, they were very responsive and kind. Thanks」
