「Pictures were accurate. If you have a large group would advise bringing larger pans for cooking as the ones here were small and limited in numbers. The water softener would probably help eliminate or minimize the sulfur smell from the water, however, there was no salt in the brine tank to make it work. So if that is a concern I would also advise bringing bottled water. We stayed here for my daughter’s wedding and it was very convenient. Also host was very prompt in response times.」

「The accommodations were nice and clean. The host was great and helpful, she even helped me get a replacement tire for my fishing boat trailer. We were able to catch bullheads of the dock in the evening and caught quite a few catfish off a rocky point they told us about. The kids had fun catching there first fish. The fire table worked well in the evening to gather around and have s’mores. They had kayaks and a canoe available and several games in the garage. We did use one of the small kayaks...

「Overall this property was ok. Our biggest complaints are that after multiple messages, texts & phone calls, we never were able to get a hold of the property manager. We had questions throughout our stay, and a jacket was accidentally left by one of our kids & we cannot get a hold of anyone to try & recover it. This is disappointing! We even called VRBO customer service w to attempt to reach them & they were no help at all either. Second, there are ZERO window coverings, even in the bedrooms....

「The boats are sit on tops, not kayaks. The property was not prepared when I arrived. Leaks in roof, I could see through roof . Wet floor in bathroom. No towels were out. I had to vacuum up a broken dish upon my arrival. Dirty sponges in sink. And the deck drops off to lawn with no stairs. No one but a giant would call that a step. And the dock is unsafe, boards have holes and end was unsecure.」

「We were so happy to have such a lovely and clean place to call home during our family’s whirlwind weekend! Jason and Melissa set the perfect stage to host a College Graduation/Mothers Day/Birthday celebration. Their space is gorgeous, spotless and overflowing with amenities. Super close to boutique shopping and restaurants, but located in a quiet neighborhood, loved it! Absolutely recommend!」
