“Overall my family enjoyed our stay! The Chalet had plenty of room to accommodate all of us and the hot tub was perfect at the end for the day. There were some internet issues that were beyond our, and the owners control, but the owners were super responsive and the issue was resolved. I would definitely recommend the Chalet for a get away if you’re looking for some quiet time with friends and/or family. ”

Not only inside, but beautiful grounds, garage, well equipped fire pits, boathouse with many toys, large dock for boats/pontoon.Clear water for swimming, and easy walk from house to beautiful Big Portage lake.My favorite place was the catwalk to a private space over looking the lake. “We had a three day stay in Phelps. Really nice lakefront home on a gorgeous lake. The house is quite close to several other homes and piers, but none were occupied during our stay. Beautiful lakefront, nice pier, great fire pit. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of quality towels and linens. If you're coming with plans to cook, be sure to bring your own kitchen basics like S/P and cooking oil as there were no staples in the house. The house has a standby generator which was a real plus as the area……
