「The room was a great size and a comfy bed, the location was great for access to the town and the Pompeii Site. The venue had made us aware that there was no lift so we were able to split out a separate bag for the 1 night we stayed so it was fine (but if I had to carry our main suitcases up to the room that might have a different matter). Checkin/out was remote so no interaction with staff other than online, but communication via WhatsApp was helpful」
