"The location is beautiful. The view is amazing. The staff is gracious and makes good suggestions and offers transportation to the local bus station and port. They also offered dinner at night for a fee which was nice to have at the end of our busy day around the island. I would love to return someday. "

"This hotel is incredible- lovely, huge room, caring staff, excellent location! Patrizia is the best hostess, always there to help make your stay comfortable. I loved walking the streets of Forio and all the restaurants close by, then coming home to the Palazzo and looking out the window to the beautiful view!!"

"Hard to find hotel, but I think we are seniors, we are not savy with Google map, someone young would find it easy. Ana and her friend who mend the place are super friendly.They switch my room to the ground level floor because I have problem with stairs. The room is cleaned , bed made every 2 days, even though I don’t need it. The rooms on ground floor are more spacious than the room that we occupy on 1st floor"

"The worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. We booked for two days but left after 1. I paid too much for such a low rate hotel, their description did not match what it actually was. I asked for extra towels and they said no. Owe booked another hotel for $75 less and it was 100% better."
