Beautiful Villa Rosa
A wonderful stay in a perfectly located villa. Excellent communication coromandel Camilla and the property has everything needed for a great holiday. Iseo is a wonderful place.

Great location in central Iseo
Property was located in central Iseo making shopping and eating in town a short walk. Beautiful house with gated entry, plenty of room and nicely furnished. Host communicated very quickly and accurately when contacted. We'll stay again when we visit beautiful Iseo.

The apartment is very comfortable, cool during times of extreme temperatures, nicely decorated and beautifully furnished. It is also very suitable for families. The garden has a special atmosphere. In short, we could recommend this place to everyone.

Mooie woning
Fijne ruime woning op loopafstand van het Iseomeer en het centrum van Iseo. Supermarkt Lidl en Conad zijn 8 minuutjes lopen. 2 ruime slaapkamers (1 met 2 persoonsbed en 1 met 2 aparte bedden). 1 badkamer. Elke ruimte heeft airco. . Helaas door de vele muggen hebben we geen gebruik kunnen maken van het zitje buiten.

Sehr schöne und zentrale Wohnung
Das Objekt ist wie beschrieben. Sehr zentrums- und seenah. Sehr sauber und in der Küche ist alles was gebraucht wird vorhanden. Zusätzlich ist fast alles neu und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Altbaugemäß hört man natürlich die Nachbarn aber daran kann man sich gewöhnen.

Für Frühaufsteher tuto bene.
Die Unterkunft hat Charme und ist sehr gut gelegen. Kurze Wege zum Hafen, zur Badestelle, zum Bahnhof und zur Altstadt mit vielen netten Restaurants und Geschäften. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und mit vielen Tipps hilfreich. In der schönen, jedoch hellhörigen Villa leben zwei Familien mit zum Teil noch kleinen Kindern. Für Frühaufsteher tuto bene.

Zentrale Ferienwohnung im wunderbaren Iseo
Die Ferienwohnung liegt zentral direkt am Rand der Fußgängerzone des Ortes Iseo. Leider ist direkt auf dem Gelände des Hauses keine Möglichkeit zum Parken. Gegenüber ist ein kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz (teuer - 2 Euro/Stunde), die wenigen kostenlose Parkplätze (Bahnhof) sind immer belegt und sehr gefragt, da alle anderen Parkplätze im Ort kostenpflichtig sind. Abgesehen von der problematischen Parksituation bietet die Ferienwohnung viele Annehmlichkeiten. Sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet und liegt im Erdgeschoss einer alten Villa, die sogar über einen separaten Garten verfügt. Die Küche ist für einfaches Kochen ausreichend ausgestattet (wir fanden es schade, dass in Italien viele Deko-Elemente französisches Flair versprühen). Bei unserer Ankunft war die Wohnung nicht gut vorbereitet. Die Heizung funktionierte nicht, warmes Wasser, WLAN und TV waren nicht verfügbar. Alessandro war jedoch sehr bemüht und hat sofort geholfen alles in Gang zu bringen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und hat viel Platz. Leider ist dagegen das moderne Bad sehr klein und eng. Es gibt auch wenig Ablagen, vor allem wenn man mit mehreren Personen anreist. Das eine Schlafzimmer scheint direkt unter dem Kinderzimmer im ersten Stock zu liegen. Vor allem morgens mussten wir feststellen, dass der Boden hellhörig ist. Alessandro und seine Tochter waren jederzeit erreichbar und immer sehr hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war stets unproblematisch und sehr entgegenkommend. Iseo ist ein kleiner schöner Ort direkt am See, von wo man auch verschiedene Bootstouren starten kann. Der Ort ist auch bei Italienern sehr beliebt und besucht. In unserer Zeit (Ostern) fanden viele Veranstaltungen und Events statt. Wir haben eine schöne Woche in Iseo verbracht und würden jedem den Besuch empfehlen.

Maison avec beaucoup de charme
Le logement correspond bien aux attendus, elle est très bien placée par rapport au lac. La salle salon est spacieux. La cuisine est bien équipée. Les chambre sont grandes, la literie est de bonne qualité. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Alessandro qui nous a très bien expliqué ce qu'on pouvait faire dans les alentours. Je recommande cette maison pour découvrir Iséo.

Wunderbar für ein paar schöne Tage am Iseo-See
Unsere Familie (= 2 Erwachsene + 2 Teenager) hat 10 Tage in der Villa Rosa am Iseo-See verbracht. Wir haben alles so angetroffen wie es von Alessandro beschrieben wurde: Die Wohnung ist großzügig, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber und gepflegt. Für das Frühstück haben wir meistens den Garten genutzt, wenn auch die Stechmücken nervten. Die Lage ist zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig und optimal für Tagesausflüge. Der Bahnhof ist nah (für Ausflüge nach Brescia), aber man hört keine Züge, deshalb kein Problem. Bis zum See sind es höchstens 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Zu den sehr gut ausgestatteten Supermärkten geht man weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Einen kostenlosen Parkplatz fanden wir immer maximal 50 Meter von der Villa Rosa entfernt. Mit dem Vermieter Alessandro kann man wunderbar in Englisch per Kurznachrichten kommunizieren. Er ist sehr hilfsbereit und reagiert immer sehr schnell auf Fragen oder Probleme. Wir machten Auflüge zur Montisola (ganz toll!), nach Bergamo (am besten mit dem Auto - nicht mit dem Zug zu empfehlen, da lange Umsteigezeit in Brescia und relativ teuer - und bloß keinen Eilzug nehmen, dann zahlt man gesalzen drauf!), zu den Erdpyramiden bei Zone. Im Ort kann man gut den öffentlichen freien Badeplatz nutzen (aber dort keine Toiletten oder Umkleiden) - 10 Minuten Fußweg. Und Iseo selber ist natürlich wunderschön! Am See entlang spazieren, Eis essen, in eine der zahlreichen Pizzerien/Trattorien einkehren oder in einer Bar einen Sprizz trinken: Das ist Urlaub der entspannten Sorte. P.S.: Freitags ist in Iseo ein großer Markt mit vielen "Klamotten", aber auch Lebensmitteln.

Ein sehr gelungener Urlaub!
Eine sehr gut gelegene Ferienwohnung im schönen Ort Iseo. Die Wohnung hatte mit den beiden Schlafräumen ausreichend Platz für uns als Familie (2 kleine Kinder). Die Kochmöglichkeiten waren ausreichend, allerdings hat uns in der Küche Arbeitsfläche für Vorbereitungen, zum Abstellen von Töpfen, Geschirr etc. gefehlt. Gerade als Familie kommt dann einiges zusammen. Die vorhandene Spülmaschine, die Gefriertruhe und auch alle weitere elektrische Geräte waren für uns sehr praktisch, da wir mit den kleinen Kindern viel in der Wohnung gegessen haben. Das Badezimmer hätte etwas größer sein können, dort fehlte es auch an Ablagefläche für Kosmetikartikel bzw. zum Aufhängen der Handtücher. Der Wohn-Essbereich ist sehr großzügig, was mit den kleinen Kindern sehr angenehm war. Insgesamt ein angenehm zu bewohnende Ferienwohnung!

Great house, amazing location and welcoming owners
Alessandro and his wide are really nice hosts, they even let us a bottle of wine and sweets for the kids. We had a fantastic time in their house. It's really pretty and fully equiped. We enjoyed the garden as well. It's only a 5 minute walk to the lake.
