「So booked this stay ion Orbitz and prepaid . When I checked in they said I owed them money. Showed them my receipt on orbitz gave me a hassle but said ok. When I checked out 3 days later said I owed money agsin. Showed her receipts for payment of the 3 nights. Refused to honor them even those I had proof of payment. Threatened to not let me leave until I paid. She made me talk to the people off the phone and I sent them proof emails. Still wanted me to pay agsin for 2 nights. Was a nightmare,...

「Lovely in every way. Kifaru will be a place we stay again and again. Wonderful location, beautiful property, lovely home. The staff is so welcoming. Moses the groundskeeper is just one of the best. Fred is an amazing cook. We were a larger group so were able to purchase food and he cooked it for us. Kaka and Rosie the dogs are just the best to have around. Kifaru is a gem!」

「Nice place, good price, nicely furnished. People were very helpful. Only thing was when we asked about the free breakfast the night before, the night clerk said there was no free breakfast, but in the morning when I brought it up with the desk clerk as we left she said the night person was incorrect. 「Caroline was the perfect host. Easily available and excellent communicator. The location is perfecr tmfor family stay and especially long stays. The amenities and access to shopping area was added value. I highly. It is not too far off the mombasa highway yet tucked neatly away in a quiet neighborhood. Security was also very vigilant about guest announcements and kids trying to ride bikes out of the safe compound.」
