「12 nights family holiday. We’ve stayed before at this hotel and we were delighted with our room - ask for a rear view of the nature reserve! Food is always excellent at the Iberostar. We stayed half board so can’t comment on drinks but they looked good. I would say the lighting in the canteen style restaurant needs working on as the ambience was OK for evening dinner. 「I had read some bad reviews about this property but I thought it was excellent! Nice, quiet, comfortable room and bed, great helpful staff and a lovely breakfast each day. Walkable to the beach and amenities in 5-10mins. Easy free parking (I stayed in April/May but from 1st June to 1st September I was told that is when the parking is chargeable). If you want entertainment and a party destination, go to Albufeira. If you want a relaxed and chilled place, Monte Gordo is great and so is this hotel....

「We got the cheap studio with the sofa beds that dont have such great reviews. However, we turned them around and put them together to make a big bed. They were quite comfortable and the sheets and pillows were good quality. Very satisfied. The only issue was that there was no dish soap in the kitchen. 「Zuerst wurde uns ein Zimmer präsentiert, dass nicht der Beschreibung (Grösse) bei Buchung entsprach. Es wurden nach unserer Ablehnung zwei weitere Zimmer angeboten, allerdings mit weiteten Kosten. Wir waren mangels Alternativen einverstanden. Nach online- Beschreibung des Sachverhalts zum Checkin hat Expedia bei der Hotelleitung unsere Reklamation weitergeleitet und erreicht, dass das Zimmer, mit welchem wir dann zufrieden waren, ohne Upgraderechnung berechnet wurde.
