A second guest room features two queen beds and a private bath with a tub and shower combination. The kitchen is well appointed, with everything you need if you are in the mood to cook, featuring black granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, adjustable lighting and fashionable black stoneware tableware. Located on one of the widest and most inviting stretches of beach in Wild Dunes, Shipwatch features a beautiful community pool and a separate small children’s pool for the little ones not
quite ready for the big pool. Poolside lounge chairs are provided on a first-come, first-serve basis. Want to enjoy the beach but don’t want to carry your own chairs or umbrellas? There are
rental services on the island that will set up reserved chairs and umbrellas for you on a daily basis. Bike rentals are available too. A 5-minute drive to the IOP marina will take you to paddle board and kayak rentals.

- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- From May-September, guests will need a pool pass for Shipwatch pool access. (Not needed off-season.) The pools are open year round but are not heated.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Golf carts are not allowed at this complex.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Shipwatch pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.

- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.
