    2026 Beach Restoration Update

    The City of Isle of Palms has approved a beach nourishment project planned for Summer-Fall 2026. Although the final schedule has not yet been announced, the work is expected to progress in sections along the shoreline, so any impact to a specific area should be temporary.

    We will continue to share updates as more information becomes available and are happy to offer guidance based on your travel dates.

    Incredible first floor condo located in the heart of Wild Dunes! Coastal colors with tropical decor throughout this spacious end unit. Screened porch with peeks of the ocean. Steps directly to the beach path and complex pool. This end unit features large picture windows throughout the condo.

    Please note that due to beach renourishment, beach access is temporarily relocated to the B building.

    101E Port O Call features stainless appliances, granite countertops, and a stocked kitchen. Spacious living area with large screened TV and access to the screened porch. Dine inside or on the porch feeling the ocean breeze. Primary bedroom has a king-sized bed. Bathroom is accessible from hallway and bedroom. Additional sleeping on custom twin day-bed with built-in storage.

    Premier oceanfront condominium complex, this unit is just minutes from two golf courses, miles of bike paths, and a short drive to a few restaurants and shops. Port O Call complex offers a large swimming pool, gas grill, elevator, and beach access with outdoor showers.

    Bedroom 1: King - Living Room: Sleeper Sofa , Day bed

    Washer and Dryer located inside the condo. All bed linens and bath towels are provided. Starter kit supplied for kitchen and bathroom, guests replenish as they need. Drip Coffee Maker. Free Wi-Fi Included: High speed wireless internet is provided as a convenience only and is nonintegral to the agreement. No refund of rentals shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal references with regard to Internet service. 2 Car passes provided. Pool open year round, but not heated. Non Smoking, No Pets. Must be at least 25 years of age to rent.

We enjoyed are stay. The owners and property management company were excellent in responses to questions and concerns. Lovely beach and the Wild Dunes resort areas are gorgeous and well maintained. A wonderful location for a relaxing vacation.

Port-o-call is calling.

The property was in a great location. A short walk to the beach, and a nice gated community with bike trails as well as a conveniently located pool. We enjoyed having breakfast on the covered back patio while listening to the waves.

Condo was ok , but needed some updating. All the pocket doors were stuck. Twin bed in hall was comfortable for my son but sofa bed was not. Be aware that you do not have access to any of the resort amenities (heated pool, hot tub). There is a small pool that is behind the condo for use but it was not heated nor cleaned. Otherwise, condo met our needs but felt it was overpriced for value.

Port O Call

The condo was adequate. It is showing it's age and has some floor settling issues and could use updated kitchenware, new steps out the back porch, and a nicer bathroom, but we would stay here again. Location is nice, steps to the pool and a very short walk to the beach. Amenities we're good. Pool was very nice and the VayK Gear credit was an added bonus.

We enjoyed the beauty of the property and its great location next to the ocean. The only thing we were disappointed in was that the ceiling fan on the screened-in back porch did not work. We loved sitting out there but it would have been nicer to have a ceiling fan running.

Good Property, Few Issues

Cable and internet down one day, Cable TV down another day. Several electrical outlets did not work. Overall we liked the unit, but frustrations with the above items. Would stay here again, other issue with this property is the beach gone from erosion. High tide is up on the dunes, likely will continue to be an issue here

No closet space for renters. Owner had closet packed with their personal belongings. Tub caulking needs replaced, molded. Tub grout needs areas replaced molded. Had to get management to bring in clean shower curtain. Didn’t know when booking that you couldn’t use fitness center. Didn’t know when booking you couldn’t rent a tennis court.

The property was good overall, not great. The kitchen was tiny. Like 2 people can't be in it simultaneously. The bedroom is great. Very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom needed some updating. It was big enough but needed better lighting, new vanity and shower. Some updating and repair of several things throughout the unit would make it a much nicer unit. It's location in the complex and on the island were great. Pool was large and deep which was very nice. The beach area was very nice also and the screened in porch was a bonus. Overall not horrible but definitely could use a little attention in certain areas.

Great Location - Needs Updating

The property itself was in a great location and we managed to thoroughly enjoy our stay. There is a lot of updating that needs to take place to this property, however. The bathroom is very old and dirty, with lots of mold. We almost daily found cockroaches strolling around the condo. The screened-in porch needs all new furniture, new screens and just overall redone. The property could be fantastic if they just did a little updating and some maintenance. Luckily we weren't in the condo much so overall we enjoyed our time in Charleston/IOP.

Unit needs a lot of updating. Older and uncomfortable seating in living room and porch. Floor was not clean, while wearing socks they got dirty immediately. Beach furniture was very old and rickety, we chose not to use it. The Isle of Palms and Wild Dunes is beautiful but we would not stay in this unit again,

Loved location and liked ground level where you could walk off porch to pool and beach.

Property was good. Bed was very comfortable. Clean. Needs new living room sofa and chairs. However, sleep sofa was very comfortable for my daughter and husband. Overall very good for a small place.

Perfect!

Wonderful location - very easy beach access. I can understand why this property is always booked. Decorations are bright and colorful throughout the condo. The bed's mattress is superb! Kitchen is full stocked with appliances and cooking essentials (like others we left pantry items that couldn't be packed - check out before you grocery shopping. There are PLENTY of coffee filters!) There are also some beach chairs and an umbrella. Great supplements to what we also ordered online for beach supplies. The property management team is outstanding. Tip - pull down on the tub faucet to work the shower :) We can't wait to come back to IOP and hopefully return to this location. Many thanks again to Carolina One for ensuring we had an incredible first visit!

Great location

This is a very tired and rundown condo on the inside. Lots of rusty old beach chairs and junk filled the patio so we never really utilized that. The bed was very comfortable and we had all the cooking utensils we needed. Great location for the pool and access to the beach. If you don’t care much about the furniture and interior of where your staying then this would be a great place.
