Located within the Fairway Dunes subsection of Wild Dunes, this spacious 3 bedroom, 3 full bath townhome is steps away from the private community pool, tennis court, two pickleball courts, and is less than a 10 minute walk to the beach. This home is stylishly decorated and features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, comfortable furniture/beds, and a well stocked kitchen for all of the comforts of home.
Perfect for couples, families, golf weekend or girls' weekend, this home features a spacious living area with 65in flat screen TV that has streaming capability (no cable); a large well-equipped modern kitchen; and a dining area that seats 8 -- all with amazing views of the golf course! The large screened-in porch features an outdoor dining area and open deck The upstairs primary bedroom features a king bed, updated en-suite bathroom, and open private balcony overlooking the green and pond on the 7th hole of the Ocean Course. The second bedroom also has a king bed and en-suite bath. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds and a walk-out balcony and is connected to the 3rd bathroom. Each bedroom has it's own flat screen TV with streaming capability (no cable). There is a brand new Murphy bed with a custom made mattress on the far side of the living room that sleeps 2.
Additional conveniences of this town home include free wi-fi, beach chairs, beach towels and a beach wagon. Golf, biking, shopping and dining are all available without ever leaving the gated resort. Historic downtown Charleston is only a 25 minute drive from Wild Dunes Resort; CHS International Airport is a 35 minute drive.
There is a lot to do on Isle of Palms and nearby Charleston! Our priority is to provide a safe, comfortable, and fun experience for our guests.
This home does not include a Wild Dunes sports pass per Wild Dunes regulations but it is not necessary because Fairway Dunes has its own community pool, pickleball courts, and tennis court located within the subsection for your use. The fireplace and grill are not for guest use.

*Cleaning information: At this property we provide starter "essentials" like a hotel, but we don't have the maids come back each day to restock what was used. In addition to the complete professional cleaning between guests, we provide one bar of soap per bathroom, one small shampoo per bathroom, two rolls of TP per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, hand soap for the sink, two trash bags, and fresh linens for all beds. We also leave one towel and hand towel per guest the home sleeps. Beach chairs and beach towels provided.

Parking information: This property can comfortably park two cars in the driveway, potentially a third depending on the size of the vehicle. There are two guest parking spots directly across the street that may or may not be available. Street parking is not allowed. Boats/trailers are not allowed.
