We had an amazing week at 4 36th Avenue! The house is spacious, beautifully maintained, and perfect for groups. Loved the chef’s kitchen, rooftop deck, and private pool. Easy walk to the beach and close to shops/restaurants. AvantStay made everything seamless — we’d definitely stay here again!

Wedding week

My son was getting married in Charleston so we booked a weeks stay at this property. It exceeded every expectation. The house is absolutely gorgeous. It was immaculate! We had 12 adults and a baby and we had plenty of room. We are definitely coming back!! Fantastic home and management group!

Beautiful beach house

Excellent property. The house is beautiful and lay-out was great for our group. Daughters and son-in-laws stayed upstairs with their babies, and husband and I stayed downstairs. Didn't hear each other. Easy walk to beach. Kitchen was top-notch: two dishwashers, viking gas stove, separate ice maker, and plenty of cookware, pyrex, and corning ware. We'd like to come back in the summer to utilize the pool, porches, and decks.

Perfect!

Wonderful property. Loved our stay at 4th on 36th. The property was as described and quite lovely. The owners were very thoughtful on the location of the pool and deck, optimizing daily sun. The polywood table, chairs and sun chairs were great for outside relaxing and eating. Great amenities and excellent use of space on all levels. The property managers were easy to contact and very helpful in regard to check in, check out, and property guidelines. We would love to return!
