great back yard for pets, nicely appointed, easy access! only suggestion is to have at least a couple of keurig pods for guests (never stayed in a vrbo that didnt at least include a few)

Great for family with a pet

Annual family trip to the coast. The house has a warm and inviting feel. The loft space is perfect as a nook for a young kiddo. The three car garage area is perfect for storing beach gear and the fenced in back yard is ideal for any pet.

Great Family Beach House!

We loved this place and had a great time. Not far from the beach and renting a golf cart made everything simple and fun! Would book again in the future.

Great location & perfect house!

We loved this home- one block from the beach and layout was great. Plenty of room for 6 of us and loved the fenced in yard for our dog. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Tropicana. It was in a great neighborhood and a short walk to the beach. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.

Great Place on Isle of Palms

My family had a wonderful time here! The house was a nice size and great for the dogs. Screened in porch is a wonderful spot to hang out. About a 7-10 minute walk to the beach and even less to the recreation center. We took advantage of the beach gear credit and glad we did. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home, great location

We enjoyed our vacation here. The home is conveniently located near a beach entrance and shops / restaurants. The home was very clean with comfortable beds. Our only complaints (very small), there is an opening at the top of the spiral staircase that toddler could fall through. Also, all the TV's use the same remote. Often, turning off a TV in a bedroom or the living room would cause other TVs to turn on or off. Overall, a great property. Would definitely rent again.

This place is GREAT!

We all LOVED this property! There was so much space for all of us! The property was very clean when we arrived, and it smelled so good! The inside living area is very room and comfortable. We could all relax in the same common area space very comfortably. The bedrooms were a very good size, and the mattresses were so soft and comfortable! Having starting supplies provided for us like soaps, laundry pods, trash bags, etc., was very helpful. We had a great time sitting around the dining table playing the games we brought or sitting on the outside screened in porch when the rain started. The size of the kitchen, the big refrigerator, and all the counter space is great, too! We had an amazing time at this property, and we'd all like to make this a yearly trip and stay in this place!
