Staff were lovely, especially man working at night. Breakfast was typical for continental breakfast but an amazing coffee machine to make most coffees. Hard to find plugs in rooms (I have a cpap) but it worked out. Distilleries and castle not far."

A bit too soft and springy for me as I like a good firm mattress. Room was very hot. Didn’t look like we could open a window but to be fair I didn’t ask. One thing they may wish to consider is to put a mirror in the room & not just in the en-suite. My wife dries her hair without her glasses on and couldn’t see herself from where the hairdresser plugs in to the mirror in the bathroom. This was a family room number 1."
