「The property had bugs and spider webs all over the place. I ended up sleeeping with my daughter because I was afraid of sleeping in the queen bed since there were bugs on the wall. Upon arrival we saw a note on the door that said they had a bug problem. However, that was not mentioned when I booked the room. My daughter and I are very afraid of them. 「Come here if you'd like to find out what great Italian home cooking tastes like. We had two diners here, and regret we didn't have more. The minestrone soup, lasagna and aubergine Parm are so fresh and refreshing, even though I'm used to the great Italian restaurants in Manhattan and Brooklyn. It's nice to have a comforting dinner overlooking the lake, after a day of sight seeing, and finishing with home made apple cake and ice cream or rum with chocolate.」

The whole atmosphere of the house and the surrounding area but also the rooms, breakfast, music during breakfast and the discreet but perfect service (not to intrusive) makes you feel like being in a grand hotel of the last century. 「Schönes Hotel in super Lage direkt am See und nettes Personal. Leider war der Mülleimer in Bad bei Ankunft nicht geleert und der Kühlschrank hat anfangs nicht funktioniert, aber die Anliegen wurden schnell behoben. Ansonsten alles sauber, das Frühstück war sehr gut」

「The property location was great and the room and breakfast were good. The only issues were that the air conditioning wasn’t working throughout the hotel and we weren’t made aware of this. It was only when we got to the room and tried it that we found this out. We were given a fan to use but the room was very hot. Also, the pool wasn’t operational but again we weren’t made aware of that.」
