"Overall it's a 2.5 or 3 star hotel average hotel. Staff and service are average. I had the executive room, top floor, and the room was super big and comfortable. Rooms and hotel are dated. The hotel definitely needs a good renovation. Staff, service and breakfast definitely need a good improvement. I wouldn't pay to have breakfast there. "This property is a total scam. They don't even give you what you paid for. They will move you to euphoria hotel instead and give you a teeny tiny little room without the view and they will keep treating you horribly. I contacted orbitz to resolve the isssue but they couldn't do anything. This property MUST not be listed on orbitz. "We booked this room during a terrible storm at 8pm. My friend had called previously to confirm the room was available before booking on Expedia. Unfortunately, the owner canceled and said the room was destroyed by a previous client and he could not book it. To understand what was going on, we called and got a different response.
