Daha önce başka butik otellere de gittik ama bu şekilde fiyasko olanına hiç rastlamadık Odamızda kettle ve mini buzdolabı yoktu Olan kettlelar da çalışmıyordu Konaklamanın ikinci günü bozuk bi tane verildi ama onun da içi pas atıp duruyordu Kettle olmadığı için çay içemedik rica ettik siz bize yapar mısınız diye ? Yaptılar ama çıkarken ücretini de istediler Temizlik denen bir şey zaten yok, gerekçeleri de şu uzun soluklu rezervelerde iki günde bi yapılıyormuş Rezervasyon yaparken iki yetişkin bir bebek seçtik ayriyeten arayıp park yatak temin edebilir misiniz dedik notunu bile almamışlar 7 aylık bebeğim vardı evden kendi yatağımızı getirmek zorunda kaldık Güleryüz noktasında da ilk gün iyiydi sonrası da o derece asık surat

Temizlik çarşaflar kusursuz.Şömine keyfi harika. İşletme sahipleri güleryüzlü,yardımsever.Çok dostcanlısı ve özenli karşılandık.Doğa ve hayvan dostu olmaları bize iyi geldi.Bahçe çok güzel dizayn edilmiş ve keyifli,ö,enle hazırlanmış bir bahçe kahvaltısı ettik.Teşekkürler.Ps.yine gitmek isteriz.Ağva merkeze 5 dk mesafede.

Rezervasyonumuzu yaparken tarihi yanlışlıkla bir gün önceye seçmişiz. Uzun bir yolculuktan sonra otele ulaşınca yanlışlığı öğrendik. Otel hiç bir şekilde yardımcı olmadığı gibi gelmediğimize sevinmiş g bir tavır takındılar. Rezervasyonumuz akşam yemeği dahildi. Bari yemek yiyelim veya yemek ücretini iade edin talebimize gülerek olumsuz cevap verdiler. Her ne kadar hata bizimse de yaklaşım bu olmamalıydı.

Biz Expedia uzerinden rezervasyon yaptik, otele geldik ama orada bize, Expedia'dan iptal geldigini soylediler. Cok sasirdik cunku biz iptal etmedik, bize de Expedia’dan birsey gelmedi. Neyse, gene de kalacaktik ama, bize pek yardimci olmadilar, oda olup olmadigini net anlatamadilar. Sanki birsey vardi ama sirf gostermek icin 1 saat beklemek lazimdi. Bekliyecektik bile fakat nasil, en azindan beklerken nerede oturabiliriz diye kimse bize teklif veya tavsiye etmedi. Yani, bizi musteri olarak kaybetmemek icin otelin personelin niyetini gormeyince biz oradan ayrildik. Belki otelin kabahati yoktu, birsey demiyorum, bu acayip iptali Expedia ile urgaririz zaten. Fakat personelin en azindan duruma ve bize daha hassas olmasini isterdik. Uygun oda bulunmazsa bile hic olmazsa gulumseyebilirlerdi, ortaya cikan anlasmazislik dolayi acima ifade edebilir, biz gitmeden once cay teklif edebilirlerdi, baska oteller olduklari yeri tavsiye edebilirler (biz yabanciyiz ya, nereden bilecegiz?) Zaten cok yorgunduk, otel zor bir yerde bulunuyor, arabayla koy patikalardan zor tirmandik… Neyse, Agva’da bir otel bulduk sonucta.
