Nice, clean hotel. The room is huge. The stuff are helpful. The only problem is around the hotel is not walkable but the hotel offers 24/7 shuttle that transfers you to 3 places and gets you back to the hotel. Overall I like the stay and highly recommended

Awesome Hotel close to the fun!

Love love loved this Hotel. Especially for the price and it’s right close to Taksim Square. The decor was super classic but contemporary! I would definitely stay here again.

Extremely good for it’s price. It’s in under development area of Istanbul & area around is not walkable or safe. Hotel resolved the issue with free shuttle for drop off and pick up in main areas. Breakfast was also very nice with good options.

This is a hotel that forces you to eat the terrible food they sell .. 20 euro for a limited breakfast buffet that only have 2 fruit options is ridiculous tbh, oh and you cant buy food or drinks outside the hotel. Definitely a 2star hotel for that.

Very nice hotel with large rooms, nice bathroom, comfy bed and overall hotel was very clean, and the staff were super friendly. Be aware however it is a hotel that patients use to stay whilst having medical procedures which visually is a little off putting. Would recommend though.

The hotel is super, clean, helpful staff, very good breakfast, very good facilities. It is not so close to Taxim square but the hotel offers a punctual shuttle from and to the square which is great and resolves this point. Highly recommended!

The overall stay was great. The staff was helpful and very respectful. There was a misunderstanding with the cleaning service that the maneger took care of very professionally. The breakfast was delicious ,and the shuttle the hotel provided helped a lot. Very pleasant very recommended

The only thing i disliked about Naz city was you couldn't bring any food or water. The last day of our stay, we asked for 2 bottles of water and they said we will be charged. Maybe all the hotels are lijke that in Istanbul, I am not sure. Everything else especially the shuttle service was very good, I think the hotel should reconsider their food restriction, no odering of food from outside is understandable.

Think twice before you book a room at this property… here’s why: 1. We booked the suite with balcony, and a room at another hotel for other family members. After signing contract THEN they told us the rules of the hotel… no outside food allowed.. no guests allowed. Our family members weren’t even allowed upstairs to use the bathroom. 2. No amenities. You have to pay $3 for water bottle, meanwhile my family at other hotel had free water bottles readily available. 3. In order to clean your room, you have to be inside the room… so strange especially if you want to spend your time wisely you have to waste an hour sitting watching them clean your room. 4. Front desk super unhelpful and extremely rude. 5. My daughter had a medical emergency due to her health condition, we had to end our trip early and they were in no way understanding and giving us even a partial refund… even though room was no refundable we spoke to Expedia and they offered to pay the hotel back in full commission! And the hotel still didn’t except. There are far better hotels to stay at in Istanbul.

We were recommended by friends to stay at this lovely hotel and it didn’t disappoint. The room and the staff were so lovely and so helpful. Breakfast was delightful. The gym and pool were absolutely beautiful and hit the spot after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel also has a 24hour free shuttle service to take you into Taksim - which we used every single day and evening. It definitely saved us quite a bit in cab fares and also was on demand I.e no waiting around! A few things I would note is that the hotel is situated on a main road that’s quite busy and noisy. If you’re a light sleeper I would recommend you ask for a room that’s on the other side of the hotel (I.e not facing the main road). Also the area surrounding the hotel can be seen to be rough. I wouldn’t recommend walking to Taksim at night from the hotel. The other difficulty we faced is that the hotel isn’t located near any transportation links. So whilst sightseeing during the day, we struggled to figure out our route to all of the main touristic sites. We either had to get a cab to the destination (which was so difficult since cabby’s don’t want to take you when theres traffic) or the shuttle can take you to Taksim and you will have to walk 15 mins to the tram links which take you to all of the main touristic sites (further 10 mins on the tram). Besides this I would still recommend this hotel and would stay here again in the future! A solid 4 out of 5!

Poor service! Not suitable for 4 stars

4 star hotel and the rooms are nice but the service all around the hotel is poor, clueless and often disrespectful. Disrespectful especially in the spa area. The ladies working there treat you the guests as if they allow us to be there, giving mean looks, showing annoyment, cleaning with the mop while we are still laying by the pool relaxing. Turning off sauna all the time that you have to go and ask for it. There is no relaxing atmosphere in that spa because of those ladies working there. The receptionists and other staff that help with luggage is okay but they are not really helpful. Except only 1 and I don’t remember her name. Others give wrong advices. Tried to send me to ATM to get cash for the airport shuttle. Said it is 50 meters. I walked in a ruined buildings and ugly dirty street and there was no ATM One big note. The hotel is located on the outside of Taksim so it’s surrounded by dumpsters, broken homes, dirty road, ugly buildings. It is scary. That’s why they have a little shuttle car to drive you up to Taksim center. It is close to the hospital where people do hair implants. So you see the men with bloody bandages on their head and visible blood in the hotel. For example in the restaurant for breakfast. It is not okay for some people who cannot see blood. Anyway it is not worth the money and it is not 4 star hotel.
