"We had a Premium Grand room, which came with access to 45th floor lounge, and that made the difference, with great views over Tokyo at breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails/snacks hours - including sunsets. Worth the extra money. Hotel location is very good for transport, shops, bars and restaurants (but not TOO close)"

While attendants are helpful where possible, they are limited by the booking system (for example, continuing a stay). Oddly low frills. Room cleaning process with towels and trash is a bit hit or miss. Location is good, staff is decent."

"The room was very clean and modern. The breakfast was really good and had many options not just Japanese food. The staff was all very kind and dressed well. The air-conditioning worked really good and was easy to change up and down. The sun blackout curtains looked really worked really well. The shower was really nice. The only thing I would say is that I would’ve wished there were some cabinets to put my clothes in. I would definitely stay there again with no hesitation. Also, the hotel is in a great location. I would say our room was worth the money. "
