Ambiente com bar anexo ao hotel, contraditório no horário noturno em que se deseja realizar e embaixo tá rolando som na própria infraestrutura do hotel. Além disso o estacionamento é um prédio próximo do hotel.

Hotel parece de "beira de estrada"

Hotel muito próximo a Vila Germânica, portanto tem excelente localização. Único ponto positivo. A limpesa deixa a desejar, o café da manhã ruim (tinha variedade, mas a comida de qualidade ruim, além fica exposta - com vários insetos sobrevoando). Funcionários da cozinha conversando muito alto durante o café da manhã. E por falar em barulho... corredores barulhentos - muito por culpa da falta de respeito dos hóspedes. O hotel parece de beira de estrada. Quartos pequenos. Ah, ponto positivo para o chuveiro, que apesar de elétrico, tinha um bom fluxo de água. Classificar este hotel como "Fantástico" com nota 9 é um absurdo. Nota 6.5

Hotel ruim

O atendimento era bom, porém as condições do hotel em geral deixam a desejar, cheiro ruim muito forte no corredor e principalmente no quarto. Faltava uma toalha no banheiro (quarto duplo) e cobertores velhos. Não ficaria novamente.

Houve um problema no check-out. O pagamento já havia sido efetuado antes da estadia, mas o sistema do hotel constava como aberto. Não havia gerente ou responsável do setor que pudesse responder, apenas um funcionário que estava cobrindo o horário de outro. Após algum tempo tentando entrar em contato com o dono, pode confirmar que a estadia já estava paga.
