"This resort was beautiful. Not what I had expected, so much better. The rooms are spacious, good size balcony and would also be ideal for a long term stay, equipped with kitchenette and plenty of storage. The resort features a huge pool area with ample seating. De kamers zijn proper en van alles voorzien (airco, ruime douche, frigo, slippers,…) Er wordt een verzorgd en best uitgebreid ontbijt aangeboden. Er is een mooi zwembad voorzien van voldoende ligbedden en parasols. Momenteel kijk je op de straat wanneer je aan het zwembad ligt. "Tha amount of money we paid on the presidential suite wasn't worth it. The air conditioner was very finicky. It was either too hot or too cold and was very loud. No welcome drink or any welcome stuff for a presidential suite. Nothing spectacular except the view from the terrace. The staff in the dining room and reception/check in were not very welcoming."

"The hotel has an incredible spa to relax and reenergize from a long trip. Amazing views of Lake Garda! The breakfast has so many options to choose from and lots of tables to sit inside or outside and enjoy the weather. If you contact the hotel they can arrange parking pass ahead of your stay and an electric cart to pick up your luggage and you from the car parking location which was very helpful. The hotel staff at the front desk were the best I’ve had the pleasure and messages to the hotel through. Looking sure we’re always responded to promptly."

"This is a fantastic property, you feel you are still in 1890 with the interior kept to that standard and time. Wonderful seating areas with a 1900 bar make you feel Poirot will come around a corner. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The hotel and room were both clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating of all our requests. We loved the beach club with access to the lake and their floating dock as well as their pool. The drinks and food were all delicious. The hotel is a romantic hotel. The town and hotel were a beautiful experience. Highly recommend."
