Am Haus ist ein kleiner Spielplatz . Mehrere Gartenstühle und Liegen. Auch die Betten waren ok. Alle sauber bezogen. Zu jedem Zimmer ein Bad mit Toilette. Super. Und Hand und Badetücher vorhanden.

Die Einrichtung im Haus ist ziemlich einfach und wild zusammengestellt. Das Haus hätte eine umfassende Renovierung nötig. Zudem steht das Haus direkt an einer stark befahrenen Bundesstraße mit dem entsprechendem Geräuschpegel.

Wir nutzen jedes Jahr 1 bis 2 mal Ferienhäuser, Appartements oder andere Unterkünfte für wundervolle Urlaube, aber sowas, hatten wir noch nie!! Die Sauberkeit war wirklich unterirdisch! Selbst bei Beanstandung, wurden die beanstandeten Stellen, ersichtlich nur mit Zähneknirschen sauber gemacht. Trotzdem sah es noch aus wie Hulle. Zusammengewürfelte Ausstattung im den Zimmern. Betten knarren bei jeder Bewegung. Der Rasen stand sehr sehr hoch und war zum spielen für die Kinder nicht geeignet. Nach 2 tagen ist wohl aufgefallen, dass dies doch mal gemacht werden sollte. In der Küche hat selbst die Küchenplatte und die Holzverkleidung geklebt. Die Abluft wurde Monate nicht gesäubert und der Frost war total vereist. Teilweise waren kaputte Griffe im der Wohnung, damit für Kinder unter 3 eine hohe Verletzungsgefahr. Teppiche waren massiv mit Tierhaaren belegt. Von den einzelnen Bädern will ich gar nicht erst anfangen. DDR-Stil ist da wohl noch nett ausgedrückt. Wir hoffen das künftige Mieter mehr Glück haben - hier ist dringend eine Sanierung nötig.Wir haben das beste draus gemacht...Villa for You werde ich jedenfalls nie wieder Buchen!!!

Ferienhaus Platzhirsch ist sehr gut gelegen in Bezug auf das Skigebiet. Sie liegen in der Nähe der Hauptstraße, die etwas Lärm am frühen Morgen bringt, aber Preis-Qualität sicherlich zufrieden. Wir hatten ein Problem mit der Heizung und der Handwerker war am Sonntag da und kam auch unter der Woche wieder. Petra von Villa for you überwacht alles genau.

Haus Platzhirsch in Itter

Gut geeignet für große Gruppen, gute Kommunikation, problemlose Übergabe, auch guter Essplatz im Freien. Küchenausstattung ok, aber zB nur zwei kleine Glasschüsseln für so ein Haus sind zu wenig. Das Essen muss wohl oder übel im Topf auf den Tisch und Salatschüssel ist Fehlanzeige

Es ist ein geräumiges österreichisches Haus. Wir waren 12 Personen und es gab viel Platz. Es hätten noch mehr dort schlafen können. Ein geräumiges Esszimmer, wo wir alle bequem sitzen konnten. Man geht direkt zu den Pisten von Itter. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit dort. Der einzige Nachteil ist eine ziemlich stark befahrene Straße, an der das Haus auf einer Seite liegt.
