Quiet, peaceful location, on a working Christmas tree and sheep farm, with walking, biking, bird watching, and access onto the moor from the farm.. Ground Floor:

Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Oil central heating, electricity (£20per week October-April), bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial fuel for wood burner included. Lawned garden with garden furniture (shared). Private parking for 2 cars. Please note: The property has a natural water supply from a spring. There is a stream in the grounds.. Dartmoor National Park / Access to moor. A very quiet and peaceful self-contained wing, forming part of the owner’s property, situated on a working farm in the south corner of Dartmoor National Park and 0.8 miles north of Ivybridge. For those who love walking, mountain biking and bird watching, there is easy access on to the moor from the holiday home and it is within ¼ mile of the ’Two Moors Way’. Plymouth, with its many attractions such as the National Marine Aquarium, Barbican, Plymouth Hoe, Smeaton Lighthouse and Crownhill Fort is 10 miles away, or explore the south-coast, only 8 miles away, with Mothecombe Beach just a 20 minutes drive away. Don’t forget to visit the famous Eden Project on the way! The property is situated next to Lukesland gardens which is open spring to autumn and where you can enjoy the autumn colours and scents of the shrubs and trees. There are 24 acres of beautiful gardens and clear cascades of the stream within the grounds. The property is also close to many National Trust properties. Shop, pub and restaurant 1.5 miles.
