「The hotel is a little run down and not all the amenities claimed were open.
The room had a broken toilet seat and the bath drain closure was very dirty.
Reception staff were standoffish and slow to service people however staff in restaurants and bars were lovely and friendly.
The VIP lounge access was excellent to have.」

「We had a wonderful time at the Olympic Palace on our family vacation. The property sat across the street from the ocean and had designated spot for guests to relax on chairs. The hotel was very clean. The spa was a nice treat- I went twice. There were enough pool areas to accommodate the guests without feeling overly crowded in June. My son throughly enjoyed his pool time in the kids pool area. We stumbled on the kids club one night while we were out and loved that they had that for the children...
