Dont know how it is rated 5 stars, no bill boy to carry bags for old people, not very good understanding of English, we had to beg for facial tissues the hotel is great as a building , nice location and view but staff are poor breakfast not up to expectations

في البداية، هذا الفندق مصنف أنه 5 نجوم، لكن جزءًا من خدماته مقفل مثل المسبح والجيم وغيرها، ولم يتم إخبارنا بذلك عند الاستقبال. **إيجابيات الفندق:** + الغرفة نظيفة وأنيقة. + الكورنيش الخاص بالفندق جميل لكنه يحتاج إلى إصلاحات وتنظيف. + وجود مكان للوضوء ومصلى. + العاملون متعاونون، وإذا حدثت أي مشكلة يتم حلها خلال 20 دقيقة تقريبًا. + الإفطار متنوع وجودته مناسبة. + موقع الفندق جميل وقريب منه ممشى كورنيش رائع تتمكن من رؤية غروب الشمس فيه. **سلبيات الفندق:** + تبريد المكيف بطيء في الغرفة. + الجيم كان مقفلًا دون إخبارنا بالسبب. + عدم وجود خدمات قريبة من الفندق. + بعض أصناف المطعم الخاص بهم غير متوفرة.

Súper fascinada con todo! El personal es muy amable, la habitación muy cómoda, la ubicación es perfecta! Tiene la parada de buses Havas (bus del aeropuerto de Trabzon) súper cerca! La comida sabrosa, ame este lugar. Muy agradecida con todos, en especial con el Sr. Murat y el Sr. Furkan de Okba tour, me ayudaron a coordinar mi viaje hacia los cultivos de té y otros lugares hermosos en Rize. La disposición de ellos fue lo máximo. De verdad que les súper recomiendo que se hospeden en este hotel! Lo mejor de lo mejor. Muchas gracias! Teşekkürler! Espero volver pronto.

Gorgeous, fancy place.

Great rooms. Only down side is I believe our AC unit was broken but we didn’t mention anything as we just opened the window — wouldn’t be fair to dock the hotel on this one. Gorgeous night outside. We were greeted by very friendly staff and the room was very comfortable. The Mercedes was parked right in front of the entrance, showing off the hotel’s luxurious customers. The second was a view from our room.

Is a great property with so much potential. I think Covid has hit this property hard. Rooms were nice, clean and roomy; spa was open but limited hours. The massage was one of the best i have received. Food was lackluster. Huge dining room so probably use to high volume. Twice we were the only ones eating. Menu was very limited. Pool was nice but not lounge chairs or cushions outside like the picture shows. Staff was friendly but not overly attentive.

Quiet two night stay

Breakfast was great! All of our meals were very good. Yemekler çok iyidi. The pool is large and the area was clean. We enjoy swimming in the sea, but there is no easy access to it here. The employees were all helpful and polite despite our very limited Turkish language. Tüm çalışanlar saygılıydı.

great choice

very pleasant stay at this new clean and comfortable hotel. everything was great, the location, decor, furniture, facilities, service, staff and large parking. the only thing I didn't like was there breakfast buffet. limited choices and no variety.
