Can improve on cleanliness

Very well situated in the center of Izmir , a stone's throw from Basmane Gar ( train station) which takes you to the airport and Kültürpark ( amazing with a lot to see and do as well as an enormous colony of very friendly stray cats ) . Nice receptionist and cleaning lady . Yet they need to , when financially possible to change the mattresses s well as repairs

Awful place, everything is outdated and feels like its about to fall down, walls have crack and its not worth staying at ALL. NOT RECOMMENDED

Betrug abzocke

Der Hotelbesitzer hat von uns nochmal Geld verlangt obwohl wir online schon über Hotels.com bezahlt haben. Ansonsten würde er uns nicht ins Hotel lassen. Leider hat das Hotel.com Team auch nichts gemacht und somit haben wir statt 10€ knapp 30€ bezahlt

Sizden daha fazla para isteyebilirler dikkat

Konaklamaya gittiğimde benden fazladan para istedikleri söylediler ve bende internette ne yazıyorsa ona göre bir ödeme yaptığımı söyledim fazladan para verme bir durumum yoktu ve para iadesi istedim bunun üzere resepsiyondaki adam buna yetkim yok diyerek konuyu kapatmaya çalıştı bende yetkiniz yoksa otel sahiviyle görüşmeyi teklif etmek istediğimi söyledim sen kimsinki seninle görüşsün otel sahibi o bir iş adamı seninle ilgilenmez gibi itamlarda bulundu bu kadar önemsiz bir şey için otel sahibi sizinle görüşemez diyerekten müşteriyi ne kadar önemsiz kıldıklarını gösterdiler sorunumu kaç kere dile getirsemde otel sahibiyle beni görüştürmedi resepsiyondaki adam daha sonra resepsiyondaki adam otel sahibini aradığında sadece müşteri iade istiyor şeklinde konuştu sanki ben orda keyfi bir iade istiyormuşum gibi şuanda sonuç bekliyorum hala iadem geri gelmedi

Koridorda aydınlatma yok, telefonun ışığı ile odamı buldum. Odaya girdim, banyonun ışığı yanmıyor. Rezervasyon yaptırdığımda online olarak ödediğim ücrete ek ücret aldılar üstelik. Bu ek ücret nedeniyle Hem Hotels.com'u hem de oteli şikayet edeceğim.

Oda,banyo,yatak ne yazıkki çok kötü durumda. Tek sevdiğimiz yanı resepsiyondaki abilerdi. Cana yakın samimi insanlar onlar için teşekkür ederim ama yatak çok kötü durumdaydı. Dinlenelim diye konakladık daha da kötü olduk😂 gece minik böcekler uyutmadı😥

Uzak durun

Rezervasyon yaptırdığım halde hotelde kalmadan hoteli terk ettim. Zira sigara içilmez denilen odaya girdiğimde içi dolu kül tablosu vardı. Sigara kokusu ve rutubet birbirini bastırma mücadelesi veriyordu. Her yeri resmen dökülüyordu. Yatakları deseniz hangi tarihten kalmadır bilinmez. Çeşmeleri doğru düzgün çalışmayan, kolzeti çalışmayan bir yer. Konaklama yapmadan çıktım. Paramı geri iade edeceklerini söyledikleri halde henüz param da hesabıma iade edilmedi. Gerçi çok umudum da yok. Hotels gibi dünya makası bir aracı kuruluş nasıl böyle bir hata yapar onu da anlamış değilim. Zira hotels kalitesinin yanından bile geçmeyen bir hotel. Düşünün, 1 gece dahi konaklanamayacak kadar kötü bir hoteldi.
