「I checked out and then headed off to tokyo, only to realized after i arrived at tokyo that i forgot my backpack near the stairs of the building. forgot it while i was moving other luggage. called our host and she immediately helped find my backpack and contacted me within a few minutes after she found it. super helpful. 」

「The location is not easy to find. Especially wrong phone number for the GPS system. They gave a mobile phone number that does not work in car GPS system. 」
