「Two huge concerns when renting a place: Cleanliness and Comfort. This place was spotless! The building is old. But the apartment is super clean. Floors were clean. Sheets and blankets were clean. Carpet was clean. Shower was clean! The pull out sofa was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on. It might not be the furniture from the pics, but it is BETTER! It is an apartment. There are noises - regular people just living life. Nothing obnoxious. Occasional doors closing (NOT Slamming!)....
