The basement bunk room features two triple-stacked bunk beds to sleep an additional 6. The bunks are best suited for children, as they are not ideal for adults. Additional entertaining space includes the large loft area and basement entertainment space. This home features high speed Starlink internet for all your entertainment or business needs. This well-rounded vacation destination also includes an outdoor fireplace. The home is just minutes to County Road 2500 North, the fastest route to Teton Canyon and Grand Targhee.

* A caretaker lives on site above the garage. He keeps to himself and will not be a bother during your visit. Please note that the garage will not be available for personal use.

* Due to caretaker on site we do have a strict 16 person max.
We will refund in full for any cancellations prior to 14 days before check in. Additional insurance fee for stays over 29 nights will apply.
Teton Valley Property Management Rental Agreement is required to be signed upon booking this property.
There is a maximum number of 16 guests allowed at this house. Unauthorized guests will result in immediate cancellation.
