The young lady Alexa was truly amazing she was soo friendly and very professional. I stayed 2 extra days and she helped out graciously both times. I truly enjoyed my stay this place was very clean breakfast on point and it’s pet friendly. I’ll definitely be back 😊

I had a king room, and it had everything I could need. The coffee selection wasn't the best, and the creamer was hard dried in the packet. I was expecting more of a selection for breakfast. There weren't any yogurt or bagels, but the items supplied were good.

I prepaid for a room for my son traveling across country. I called the hotel ahead of time to let him know he would be a late check-in. When he arrived later that evening, He was given such a hard time at the front desk because it was so late 10-11pm And he was told he couldn’t get a room… But they did end up accommodating him. The room itself Had some issues. The drain in the shower would not stay open, so the water did not drain properly. The heat in the room did not work and it is November and a little chilly so heat would’ve been nice… But after driving all day and arriving so late, he wasn’t about to contact the front desk. All he wanted to do was take a shower and get some sleep. I doubt they would’ve done anything for him anyway.. Based on how he was treated at check-in. The breakfast was also subpar. He got there a little close to breakfast was ending so understandably, they may have started putting a few things away. But he found the selection, quite lacking, not even any yogurt, No pastries. Not much to grab and go, even if they were going to put away any hot food items you could’ve left a little more out in terms of cold stuff or things that people could grab to go. I mean you get what you pay for this hotel cost $98 for one night so that is reflected in the quality of rooms and the quality of service. He did note that he didn’t see any bugs so that’s one good thing I’ll say. I realize there may not be a whole lot of quality options in Jackson, Tennessee…

The hotel, room and bathroom were very clean. It has a nice little workout room and the lobby is also very clean and spacious. Hotel staff was very very friendly. However, the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable and the breakfast food tasted terrible. The pillows reminded me of a pillow that had been washed a ton and was comprised of a tone of weird particles or pieces of fluff/foam??? The bed was just flat uncomfortable. The room's air conditioning worked amazing though! For breakfast, I tried the just sausage, eggs, oatmeal. Sausage was grey and rubbery one day and brown and rubbery the next. There was no brown sugar or raisin/craisin topping for oatmeal just granola clusters(?), and chocolate chips. The eggs were watery and rubbery texture as well. There was only a small tea cup full of salsa and cheese to attempt to make a breakfast burrito for all of the hotel. I did see a waffle maker but didn't try those. Overall the area was in a great location, clean hotel, friendly staff. Just uncomfortable beds and yucky food.
