Across the street from the nightmare hotel—the Red Roof Inn—I decided to stay here instead, and it turned out to be a great choice. The hotel was very nice and clean, and honestly, I was impressed, especially considering the area I was in. I would definitely stay here again. The breakfast was very nice and served between 6:00 and 9:00 a.m.; it was decent and much appreciated. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay and would gladly return.

The indoor pool that was listed, does not exist. They only have a small, seasonal outdoor pool. The rooms are small but nice. Staff was nice. The locked gates around the hotel for guests only was interesting.

The room itself wasn’t too bad for the price we paid, but the breakfast experience completely ruined our stay. The front desk attendant said the breakfast person didn’t show up, so there were no eggs, sausage, fruit, or yogurt available. On top of that, the front desk employee was on her phone the entire time. We asked milk for cereal and she asked if there’s no milk in there. Uhmm yeah, you don’t have half of the food that should be there and what’s so surprising that there’s also no milk in there. When we returned later to check out, she was sitting on one of the lobby couches with her feet up, still on her phone. There was zero customer service. She didn’t smile, didn’t acknowledge us properly, and acted like we were disturbing her. I don’t expect five-star service at this type of hotel, but this employee made the whole place feel unprofessional and poorly managed. I wouldn’t stay here again based on this experience.

Good morning. My stay was okay, but I need to be honest about what I experienced. When it was time for breakfast, I went downstairs and was told the breakfast attendant was “running late” — and that the few muffins on the tray were all that would be put out. That is unacceptable for a hotel that advertises breakfast. The counter was also unclean, which made the situation even worse. In addition, on November 29th, I witnessed a front-desk staff member speak to an elderly woman with attitude and disrespect, simply because she didn’t want to pour milk from an already-opened container into her cereal. That level of unprofessionalism should not be happening in front of guests. Would I stay again? I’m honestly unsure. I would absolutely call ahead next time to verify that breakfast is truly provided and that staff are trained in proper customer service. This feedback needs attention, because guests deserve better than this.

Frist I was greeted by reception desk, saying if I break anything I will pay for it, then I get to 203 and close rm, sink basin broken, some type of red/pink something had been on the surface of sink, there was no chair, door had wide openings you could see thru, next morning, awakening to a roach. That was it. Then moved to a room that had just been redo. Asked 3 people for a phone and clock. I was gone most of day, didn’t get either. Told staff that evening 2 security doors were open, they said it was ok. That’s morning 11/18, I checked out. I want recommend anyone to these motels. Oh it seems someone came into my room in early am.
