The room price was okay, but the furniture and carpet was stained. The walls and some of the brackets attached to the wall were not properly fastened. There were also some light fixtures that were rusty and some of the surfaces had some oily paste. The gym or fitness center was unusable because the air conditioning was turned off, making it uncomfortable to even walk into the room. The breakfast was good.

We woke up expecting breakfast it was signed that’s stated no hot foods today. They had cereal breads yogurt and juice. Waffles no syrup. Asked the front desk why no hot foods and we were told the previous person didn’t leave things to thaw for today. Well I also worked in a hotel before doing breakfast and most of the foods were frozen. We used microwave and ovens to cook the items. I was so disappointed we had to go to a restaurant to get food before traveling back home.

First of all, do not listen to all the negative reviews!!! The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was very clean and perfect for our stay. We have stayed all over the world and this is definitely NOT a bad place by any stretch at all. The beds were super comfortable and the sheets and cover very clean. There is literally NO reason not to stay here. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet as well.

I enjoyed my brief stay. Everything was nice and clean. The staff were all helpful. 10/10 experience. It has become my favorite hotel in the Clinton/Jackson area! This was my third time staying here in two years. Always the same experience.

The 1st room we checked into was filthy, a layer of dust on the TV stand, sticky night stand and smelled horrible. We changed rooms and the smell of pot hit us as soon as we opened the door. Night stand again had not been wiped, finger prints all over the windows. Towels not fresh and the door latch didn't work properly. We were tired from a funeral visitation so didn't change rooms again and just got some freshner spray. The breakfast had Nats flying around and cold coffee. When I asked the lady for fresh she was annoyed to get off her phone to make it and was a good 20 minutes before it was ready. Also. Ice machine on 4th floor didn't work. The hotel in general was dirty, walls elevators, floors. I will generally make the best of a not perfect hotel but this was ridiculous. DO NOT STAY HERE

The hotel is gross, blood stains on pillows also on the curtains as well and to top it off the biggest cockroach we have ever seen at 2am when I woke up to use the bathroom was crawling across the floor we immediately grabbed our things and got the heck out of there. By far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
