Definitely recommend if your in a budget and don't have good transportation, everything was nearby and the room was perfect. Adrien at the front desk was also very helpful and gave us the best customer service, will definitely be returning!

The staff was friendly, and the property was easy to find and convenient. The rooms need updated and needed cleaned better, but it's walking distance to dining and shopping.

The air conditioner hardly work. The TV had bad service kept freezing up. Don't have to many channels on the TV. The customer service was good. It's not somewhere I'm going back to.

Great stay, nice staff. Rooms were clean and updated. Someone did however set their room on fire and they had to clear the building! Not the fault of the property, just that dummy staying there.

I always enjoy my stay here! The staff always makes me feel like family and takes care of any concerns I may have with no problem. I would love to see more breakfast and anytime coffee & tea access in rooms or dining area that would be nice. I also miss the pool which was so awesome. Overall I personally love the front desk staff & Dave they are awesome and my stay time here is great!

The staff was nice. The rooms was not up to date. It was hot in there the microwave was nasty. They didn’t have an iron or ironing board. The towels looks nasty. It was yelling next door like they was fighting. The whole hotel looks like a crackhead hotel. So o asked for my refund back and we left. Never will I stay there. And the beds wore out

Not very clean. Some staff was friendly. No breakfast. Easy check in. Great hot shower. No carpet, which is great. Floors were not swept. No desk or chair. Fridge with freezer worked nicely. Internet did not work

The lady at the front desk...she had curly brown / blonde hair and a nice smile. She was extremely helpful when the hotels.com app wasn't working properly and helped get me checked in anyway and it was much appreciated. Her name starts with an A...idk if you're reading this and it matters to you then you know who the hell I'm talm bout. Your A-1 stud front deskstress made this my spot for the foreseeable future..we lit on gang no cap

Review

The hotel is older, so not 5 star but on our last stay the room was nicer than our previous stay because the updates were more modern. Free breakfast really needs to be revised, nothing left when we got there one hour after it was available.

Staff is very nice and accommodating. The rooms are dirty. There was no mini fridge in room we moved to. 1st rooms were dirty bath and light fixture worked when it wanted to. 2nd rooms were cleaner. The bed was comfortable.

This was a quick and inexpensive stop for our family traveling with grandchildren. The room/beds were clean and basic. The hallway and elevator were a bit grungey. The lobby was sparce with no furniture. The breakfast "buffet" was packaged donuts and muffins, but the kids thought it was great! There was a bit of noise at bedtime, but later everything was quiet and we slept well. Great rates and convenient to the interstate. A good place to stop if you are not expecting too much.
