「Plastic bags cover hotel signs, paint cans and debris in main hallway near the elevator, carpet in the elevator torn, hallways dimly lit, room had large cracks in the ceiling and walls that were simply patched over, bathroom appeared to be OK. Overall not 8/10 or 10/10 as the reviews suggest.」

「Efficient check in, friendly staff. Pool area looked clean, families were enjoying it. Breakfast was well prepared, tasty. 」

「Stayed here 2 different times I booked one time for queen bed and one time for king bed room somehow ended up getting the same room both times. Another thing was the first time I stayed me and my partner went to the stores when we came back there was ants that looked like they were coming from a corner of the wall we thought this was a one time thing until it happened the second time there 」

「Very bad experience! Hotel was not very clean looking. Carpet on hallway was wet & stinky. Breakfast tasted funny. No shampoo in room. Ice machine out of order. Could not get ice or watter. Pool was out of order. Old coffee was left in coffee machine. Internet service was very poor. Kept loseing signal. Jill the front lady was the only thing good about this hotel. She was very nice. Never Again!」

「Wow! Did we ever enjoy our stay at the Port Hotel. The whole experience was really neat! I never got to meet her in person but everyday Niocole came and left a nice message for us all on the whiteboard so we know they were keeping watch but nothing was needed. The room had it all and it was a great time. Thank you Port Hotel!」

「The entire staff were incredible! From the owners to the bartenders, wait staff, and housekeepers. They were so accommodating, above and beyond expectations. Had such a great time during our stay, will definitely return. 」

「The hotel is the vicinity of Grafton town. I feel very convenient as it is close to my company by only taking 10 mins ride. The hotel suite is so big, clean, tidy and confortable. Free wi-fi internet connection is provided, convenient for business traveler. However, the comparatively slow speed of Internet acces in that hotel should be improved. And the room along the highway seems a little bit noisy.」

「Hall carpet had holes in it, I’ve had better breakfasts at other Hampton I have stayed at, bed extremely hard and pillows extremely flat. Just not like my stays at other locations. 」
