Perfect family get away

Loved our stay. House is one of a kind and very close by to all the area has to offer. Swimming hole was a hidden gem. Will be back if vacationing in the area again

Great housr, comfortable and pleasant. Very well equipped, great space both private and communal areas. Views were lovely. A few of the downstairs bathroom outlets didn’t work and the hot tub was gritty and could have used a cleaning but otherwise excellent place to stay.

Absolutely amazing Property

We came to ski a few days at Attitash (15 min away) and Wildcat ( under 10 min away) We loved the property. The layout was perfect for us all to enjoy quality time together, but also have our privacy of multiple master bedrooms with private bathrooms. We loved all the amenities the home included. Would highly recommend to all future guests :-)

The property was beautiful and so close to all of the N Conway area activities. We split the stay with two other families and 4 kids between us. The kids had an awesome time and didn't want to leave the house. Lots of room for personal space and had everything we needed for stay.

This property is in a wooded setting on the banks of the Ellis River. You hear the "babbling brook" from the deck. It is a well loved and lived in family home. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, utensils, spices etc. with multiple grilling options on the deck. The master bedrooms were lovely. We also used the additional amenities of the billiard room and workout room. We enjoyed the hot tub a number of times after hiking. Our main activities were hiking, fishing and exploring the river and cooking. Our host was always immediately responsive when we contacted him with questions. Everyone had a wonderful time.

Best Birthday Weekend

This was such a great place to have all my friends come together and have plenty of space to stay and hang out. So much to do inside or outside! Endless things to do there such as the swimming holes, exploring the river, having s’mores on the outside fire pit, relaxing in the hot tub, playin pool, darts and board games. The dinning table is big enough for all to sit have dinner together. 10/10 recommend! Thank you Tim for the best stay!

Perfect House, Perfect Location

This house was perfect for our family gathering to celebrate our matriarch's 92nd birthday. There were enough spaces on several levels that different groups could gather. The bedrooms each have their own baths and are on different levels also giving privacy when needed. The deck and hot tub proved to be favorites. The large kitchen had every cooking utensil needed and a full cupboard of spices and staples. The location is just minutes from Pinkham Notch Visitors Center and lots of hiking options. We went every evening to see the beaver pond at Pinkham Notch but sadly, didn't see the beavers. All in all, a great holiday in a beautiful location.

Highly Recommend!We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home along the Ellis River! The bedrooms were large, and very comfortable — the big windows let in so much natural light. The bathrooms were also spotless, spacious, and well-designed, which made the whole stay feel relaxing and luxurious.The kitchen had everything we needed — perfect for cooking and spending time together. One of our favorite parts was the private river access. The sound of the Ellis River was so calming, and it felt like our own little slice of nature. And the hot tub was the best at night with the lights and woods — perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.Working with Tim was great! - helpful, clear, and informative. From the moment we booked, his communication was prompt and detailed, making the check-in process seamless. He provided thorough information about the property and was quick to respond to any questions we had. Everything was exactly as described. Jackson Honeymoon

The place was unique and each room brought the outdoors to you. Windows with views of the river and the snow capped mountains. The natural wood walls and flooring on the main level again reminded us of all that we can do with what nature provides. The wood furnishings were beautifully crafted. All of the “natural” was complemented by billiard, darts, a hot tub and games / puzzles galore. So much fun to be had ‘at home’, there was no need to get out! Nearby mountains offered trails for all hiking levels. The quaint towns of Jackson was a 2 minute drive, literally. If you like to shop, North Conway was only 10 minutes away. Lots of restaurants to choose from in the area for such a rural setting.But why go out when the kitchen has absolutely every appliance for to manage any creation you may dream.Beds were not the most comfortable in the world, but at home in this place you won’t want to sleep.

Amazing Property

First time in Jackson NH. Spent a week with our family and small dog. Spacious, relaxing, all the amenities you can think of. Fantastic property for all ages. Great outdoor setting on the Ellis River. Crystal clear water, swimming holes, and even brooke trout. Local golf, restaurants, hikes,….and don’t forget pastries at the Autumn Nomad. Communication, check in, and check out process with Tim was great. Look forward to coming back.

Communication was very good; easy check in/out process. Our large group travelled from various locations and we were only there for a few days. We had no intentions of going anywhere once everyone arrived, so the river access was key. We enjoyed hours of fun in the water!The house itself was musty and superficially cleaned before we arrived. The kitchen appliances, tools and refrigerator were not clean. We were continually finding ants and we cleaned many spiderwebs. There were used soaps and dirty toothbrush cups in all the bathrooms. The gas grill and griddle had not been cleaned, and there was trash left in the yard. We ended up checking out a day early.
