"The duplex is a great, roomy place to stay while visiting Tyler. The curbside appeal is lacking, but that is not what I rented it for. It was very roomy and clean. Each adult had their own room and we had a living room big enough for all three. The duplex could have easily accomodated 6 adults with five of them getting their own bed while sharing a room. "Apartment was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked and the bed was perfect. Shower had good pressure. I didn’t spend much time outside but the grounds were beautiful with a small pond and big pine trees. Would definitely stay there again."

"Very clean and updated property. Has all the amenities, ie. Kuerig, toaster, microwave, dishes, etc. Main bed was comfortable - would have been nicer if it was larger than a double size. The bathroom was very spacious with a garden tub (we didn't use it) and a large walk-in shower with four shower heads to provide plenty of water. The recent update must have caused some light switch snafus because some of the switches in one room turned on lights in another (closet) and the dimmer switches took...
