「The only issue we had was that the water had a terrible smell, but that has nothing to do with the owner of the property. Other than the water, it was a nice little tiny house that was perfect for our one-night stay in Jacksonville. It was as the listing described and the owner was very friendly when we messaged! I enjoyed how secluded it was and it was a quiet spot to rest. Would highly recommend if you are okay with things being a little tighter than average!」

「This entire property is really awesome! The dog park area and the park area are a nice touch. The cabin we stayed in was really neat and everything about our stay was enjoyable. The host was friendly and accommodating to my questions as well. We will for sure be staying again next time we’re in town,」

「Great night at Duck's Cabin. Cozy little cabin on the St. Mary's River, water all around, clean, quiet, and a perfect size for two. The BBQ grill came in handy, and Ashley was responsive with smooth check-in. We'd happily come back!」
