Beautiful 1163 Beach Walker Villa located on the south end of Amelia Island. If you are looking for the perfect spot for your next vacation, this ocean front villa is it!

The expansive, first-floor sea dune views from this oceanfront Beach Walker complex condo create the perfect island getaway with all the touches of home. This two bedroom, two bathroom condo on Amelia Island Omni Resort grounds is the perfect getaway location. This airy and bright first-floor condo offers an open floor plan, which is perfect for making memories. With a quaint kitchen to prepare family meals, vaulted ceilings, and spacious bedrooms, this condo is sure to make you feel right at home. Both bedrooms have balcony access, perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine and a good book. You will be just steps away from the newly renovated Beach Walker community pool, as well as the ocean. You will also have one designated parking spot with additional parking for all guests.
 
The Beach Walker complex is a sought-after area on the Omni Resort grounds, and this villa is located in the "up front" buildings with the best views and is closest to beach access. With this rental, guests enjoy access to the spacious, newly renovated Beach Walker complex pool that is just a short walk away. This pool offers a large deck, covered gazebos, bathrooms, and a community grilling area.

All fresh linens and towels are provided for our guests. We also provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels are also provided for you to use during your stay.

While at this rental, you can enjoy the acclaimed biking/walking trails, spa, shops, nature center, chapel, or restaurants situated in the resort, or you can venture to the charming Historic Downtown of Fernandina Beach (about a 15-minute drive north) and feast on the eclectic dining and varied shopping options. Golf is available at many great courses in the area. Bike and golf cart rentals are also available - please inquire for additional information.

Please be advised, this property does not offer access to the Omni Resort privileges or amenities. Access to the main resort pool, fitness center, shuttle service, and Racquet Park (Drysdale) is restricted to only club members and their guests.

All RVs, trailers and boats are NOT allowed within the security gate. Please inquire for further details.

Pets under 50lbs are welcomed! No aggressive breeds and pet must be crated when guest is away from rental.

We also ask all guests to complete a registration form with Amelia Island Vacations through the secure site of DocuSign.

Bad Situation!
When we arrived arrived at the Condo it was apparent something was wrong. The Condo was HOT! We checked in at 4pm and I spent the next four hours on the phone with VRBO trying to get this issue resolved. It was a major headache and disappointment. I was passed around to several support agents who struggled to get this issue resolved as management of the property was nearly impossible to reach. The number to the property management team provided by Vrbo was incorrect as the owner had not updated the proper chain of support according to the rep I spoke with. Around 10pm a repairmen came by and stated that the owners and management team of the property were aware of the issue with the AC unit. The unit was in the process of being replaced two weeks out from out visit. The repairmen stated that the issue with the AC unit in the condo was that it was leaking Freon. He could not repair so we had to wait an additional two hours for a another repair team to come out and address the issue. The second repairman also stated that the owner and property management team was aware of the issues with the unit. He also stated that he had come out a couple weeks prior to address the issues with the freon leak. I asked him if breathing in leaking freon was harmful and he said no. He then proceeded with refiling the unit with freon. The unit was in the condo just beside the washer and dryer space. After doing research on my own I did discover that breathing in Freon can be deadly.

I have to rave about Amelia Island Vacations, and especially Amanda. I accidentally made a reservation for the wrong YEAR (24 instead of 23), and she called me the day we were driving there, and was so wonderful and accomodating! She magically helped us find a condo at the last minute, and it was beautiful, clean, spacious, and the perfect location. My error turned into a wonderful vacation for us, and I can't thank Amanda and Amelia Island Vacations enough! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Great Location- Unit in desperate need of Update
Great location if you are most concerned with proximity to beach. A five minute walk to pool/beach. Layout of unit is quite weird and kitchen setup is uncomfortable. Unit is in desperate need of a remodel (wallpaper from 90s and original builder grade counters). Omni plantation was very nice and pool was great. All that being said, we enjoyed our time there.

Had a great time! But walk to beach was a bit much! Tree fell on car, dented it. And I was told by the rental company it was my responsibility to pay deductible and I was on my own to get it fixed. Though I was on the property of the Omni plantation. Not happy with that decision!

Very comfortable place and great location. We contacted mgmt concerning a pool gate pass which was not working.I called twice and wife texted once and still no results.We had to depend on other residents to open the gate for us.This was the only negative of our visit. Would certainly not have any dealings with this firm in the future.

Cozy property near the beach
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this condo. It was well appointed with everything we needed, although I would suggest that anyone planning to cook should probably bring their own knives. The beds were comfortable and slept well. The pool was right around the corner, and while it was a bit of a trek to get to the beach, the stretch we stayed at was very nice. Neighborhood was lovely and quiet. My only forewarning is that the internet was SLOW. If you are planning on doing any sort of work online while here, be prepared for frustration. I'm uncertain if this is a carrier issue or a property issue, but the property owners did acknowledge it. Other than this small snafu, I would definitely recommend this condo. It was great for our small family of four but would work equally well for two couples.
