Ocean Place 103 was perfect for our group of four. Very clean and nicely decorated. Such a convenient location for enjoying the Concours. A little more rain than we would have liked, but that’s the luck of the draw. We will be back!

This condo was beautiful from the inside to outside. You can tell it has been updated and very spacious. You cannot beat the views or the large balcony. We are already talking about renting again next year for our anniversary. Perfect for a single family!

Beautiful Condo in a Perfect Location

This penthouse 7th floor unit was perfect. It was the cleanest rental I’ve ever been in. Location was quiet and the view from the large balcony was spectacular, especially the sunrises. With the two bedrooms and two baths, this was a perfect setup. Overall, a great getaway and Amelia Island is definitely a place to visit to unwind and enjoy the beautiful nature snd scenery.

We loved everything about this condo. The view was beautiful and deck furniture very nice. The kitchen is fully stocked, clean, and updated. The 2nd guest room is set aside with its own bathroom and hallway for privacy which we loved for our daughter and her friend. The master is lovely! We will be back for sure!

Great place for a vacation

We enjoyed the location and view of this property. The condo was as described and felt spacious. The kitchen wasn’t quite as stocked and we had hoped but I believe most people probably don’t cook while here. The essentials are there for sure. The freezer and then fridge went out towards the end of our stay which was a bummer. The beach and pool weren't crowded at all which was surprising for late June. Master bath was spacious and water pressure and temp were great as well. Plenty of space inside for our boys to play as well.

the perfect beach stay

This was our first trip to Amelia Island and we loved our stay at Ocean Place. It's a quiet and close location to the beach. It was the perfect walk for me to the Ritz Carlton where I attended a conference. My kids loved the pool and going back and forth from the beach. The house was great and very updated. Excellent bathrooms and space for all of our things. It's hard to have anything negative to say, but there were two minor things that would improve the quality of our stay. This is all personal preference, but my husband and I prefer a softer mattress. And wished there was cable tv in the master bedroom. Again those are minor things that didn't detract from our stay. We would definitely come back and stay in the same place!

We Love Amelia Island

This unit had Wonderful decor and an Amazing view of the ocean. The High top table and chairs on the outdoor porch/deck were awesome. And there were a dozen+ other wonderful things. The only major drawback for us was that the “largest” and “main” TV was only 42 inches….. and the U-Verse cable TV did not work the entire time on that TV…the management company was aware and kind to come and try to fix on the second day….without success….As a “bandaid,” it was very nice of one of the staff members to let us access their YouTube TV, which was a good stopgap……they indicated they were going to fix the issue prior to next guest. Other than that, and some delayed communication at the end, we had a very, very nice overall stay! We love Amelia Island!
