Experience breathtaking ocean views from this fourth-floor corner unit in Amelia South. Completely renovated with high-end furnishings, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is perfect for your next vacation. Wake up to stunning sunrises over the Atlantic Ocean. The bright living area features ample seating, a large flat-screen smart TV with cable, and wireless internet. The dining area seats 6, plus 4 counter stools at the kitchen peninsula. The kitchen boasts new stainless steel appliances, soft-close cabinets, granite countertops, and a pantry. It's fully equipped with new dishes, glassware, and small appliances. The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, desk, en-suite bath, walk-in closet, and ocean views on two sides. The second bedroom, with 2 double beds and a TV, is adjacent to the second bathroom. Both bathrooms and all bedding are newly updated. Conveniently located in the middle of Amelia Island, this unit is close to the Ritz Carlton and downtown Historic Fernandina Beach with its shops and restaurants. Great condo/bad property mgr

The condo was great...great views and it was clean. Loved the beaches, biking/walking trails and fishing in the area. Beware....Mocks property mgt company doesn't communicate at all. They never respond to calls, messages, emails. I had to call VRBO to have Mock's contact me about a credit card issue. I had tried to contact them numerous times with no response. Also, an automated email was sent to us that we could book an extra day and to contact them if we were interested. I called, messaged, and even left a note on their building on Tuesday before our Saturday departure day. Nothing...they lost money for their client as well as us not being able to extend our vacation a day. Look on their company site and see the bad reviews on Mock's before you book, I wish I did. All you get are automated emails. I've been doing VRBO vacations for quite a few years, and I've never encountered this issue.

Endless views is right! Love the large porch with plenty of seating Beds and furniture were comfy. Probably could use some new bed pillows or bring your own.

Amazing view from balcony, including incredible sunrises! And convenient location for beach right out back. We found the bed comfortable bed and living room furniture like new. Liked the nice coastal decor too. Excellent communication with property manager.

Well appointed condo

Great condo- very clean, comfortable, good layout, well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed. Quiet in winter. Gorgeous sunrises, dolphin sightings. We enjoyed our stay (wish the pool was heated as visited when windchill was 25 so was not able to swim) . Highly recommended especially as corner condo which increased the beach views!

Great View. Nice condo.

Nice condo. Good floor plan for a couple and kids or possibly two couples. Check in is super easy and access to the condo was a breeze. Location is good and the views to the ocean are awesome. Be sure to bring TP and maybe a roll of paper towels. The pool is on the east side of the building so it’s worth noting it is only in the sun during the first half of the day. Would stay here again.

The unit is just beautiful, and the view outstanding! Our weather was not the best, but the interior was so comfortable that we were still able to enjoy it. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen well stocked. I’d recommend this unit wholeheartedly!
